The University of Toronto's new Student Centre is a state-of-the-art building considered one of North America's largest Passive House projects. With CCW millwork throughout, this nine-storey building will include 750 beds, an integrated dining facility and server, mixed-use spaces for workshops, lounges, an outdoor roof garden, and a terrace; students will be ready to call this place home for the fall of 2023.
