The University of Toronto's new Student Centre (UTSC) is a state-of-the-art building considered one of North America's largest Passive House projects.
Our architectural millwork scope is seen throughout the this 9-storey building and includes a complex feature screen, cafeteria millwork, amenity space and reception millwork, along with all of the cabinetry for the students’ rooms (over 700!) and an integrated dining facility and server, mixed-use spaces for workshops, lounges, an outdoor roof garden, and a terrace; students will be ready to call this place home for the fall of 2023.
