OVERVIEW

Coconut Pointe is a masterclass in sophistication, blending high-end finishes with an effortless coastal grace and an exclusive suite of resort-style amenities meticulously designed to elevate the everyday into the extraordinary.

Millwork throughout the leasing office and amenity spaces includes booth seating, a kitchen island, wall features, billiards and shuffleboard cabinets, the parcel and mail room, wine cellar, and ceiling features throughout the clubhouse, reception and hallways. Teak, Brazilwood and timber-grain finishes, along with architectural and decorative panels, carry through the spaces and add depth to the design.

One of the project’s standout features is a concealed door built directly into the library bookcase, opening to a private poker room. The bookcase was designed and fabricated to maintain a continuous appearance across the concealed opening, with the door carefully coordinated through production and installation to ensure it aligned seamlessly with the surrounding millwork. A discreet finger-grip handle is integrated into the bookcase, revealing the entrance without compromising the design.
