CCW is pleased to announce one of the newest awarded projects for 2017 - The Broadview Hotel in Toronto.
The Broadview Hotel is a 125 year old building located in a historic neighborhood that is being restored and re-designed into a 58 room boutique hotel and private event space.
Built in 1893 the structure was designed as a commerical hub and public hall. One of the tenants was from the Candian Bank of Commerce. In 1907 the building was sold to Thomas J. Edwards and it was transformed into the Broadview Hotel. It rented its rooms for $1.50/night.
It later became the home to Jilliy's strip club.
Now this historic space will be renovated into a boutique hotel with a ground floor restaurant, rooftop bar, lobby/cafe bar and private event facility. This restored and revived space is surrounded by one of Toronto's most beloved neighborhoods and will be a hotspot for many years to come.
We look forward to seeing this transformation!
